The painter and his easel or the ink with the writer: there are elements that coexist together, in unity, combining their efforts to reflect something in us. In the same way, the tree and the pastures in the savannah merge with the animals that inhabit it and become indivisible, since it is impossible to imagine one without the other. Today we celebrate nature and the animals that feed on it, the true masters of the savannah. The baobab, the adansonia, the epiphyte and the albizia are frames that complete the painting and compasses that give life to the melody of the biome of our planet.

Description:

Cushion cover in washed linen hand printed in silkscreen. It is a hand painted toile du jouy design exclusive to Lo de Manuela. It has an invisible zipper closure with a black tassel.

The linen has a weight of 390 gr/m² which ensures its great strength and quality.

Our linen has a garment washed and dyed treatment that provides softness and comfort.

The wild traces of our landscapes and animals of the savannah require a technique that manages to transmit the same life that is breathed in its original painting. On this occasion we resorted to silkscreen printing. A mold is generated, where each stroke of each element is separated by a specially prepared varnish. A mesh is stretched and brought close to the linen. This is the moment when the ink invades the mesh and the design begins to be born. With a squeegee the ink is distributed until it covers everything. The touch of grace is given by the separation of the mesh. There, the drawing has finished being born. There, the process is completed.

Each cushion that comes to life through silkscreen printing is unique, as this technique is reproduced individually. The hands are always present here, where the ink for a moment covers everything and where the varnish of the mold gives the touch of grace, separating the excesses and giving life to trees and animals alike.
